Tom Emmrich
President and CEO
Tom joined Entegreat as President and CEO in February 2012. He brings 29 years of experience in strategic vision, operational execution and building high performance teams in the global technology and software industry.
Prior to joining Entegreat, Tom served as Senior Vice-President of Industry Services for Dassault Systèmes (DS), and President of Dassault Systèmes Services LLC., the global services business of DS consisting of 1,000 employees, and approximately $250M USD revenues, and was responsible for developing and operating the offering, project execution and partnership frameworks. Previously, Tom served 4 years as the President of Dassault Systèmes Americas with broad ownership of business and customer operations across the Americas, including building a single execution entity from the previous historical acquisitions across the geography. Tom came to Dassault Systèmes as CFO within the initial leadership team of ENOVIA Corp, a start-up company which ultimately became the Dassault Systèmes brand for enterprise data management and the platform for global collaboration and decision support.
Prior to joining Dassault Systèmes, Tom had a successful 14 year career at IBM Corporation, including leadership positions in sales, finance, industry solutions and operations.
Tom has a Master of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Wisconsin.
Wayne Creech
COO
Wayne joined Entegreat as Chief Operating Officer in December 2010. He is a career services industry professional who brings 30 years of experience in the manufacturing automation industry with an emphasis on project management excellence.
Prior to joining Entegreat, Wayne spent 25 years at Rockwell Automation where he held the position of Global Program Manager responsible for selling, planning, staffing and execution of global programs and was instrumental in the development of Rockwell’s project management standards. Wayne successfully executed over $40M USD in projects over a 10 year span providing integration management services for the automotive industry. Wayne also managed internal projects focused on improving operational efficiency and global resource staffing for the Systems Solution Business group.
Wayne graduated Magna Cum Laude from Siena Heights University where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Electronic Engineering. Wayne is trained and certified by the University of Wisconsin in Project Management and is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute.
Lou Pascarella
CTO
Lou formally joined Entegreat as Chief Technology Officer in April of 2013 after spending most of 2012 as acting CTO. Lou is a software industry verteran and visionary in product development and product data management, with extensive experience in the architecture and delivery of multiple enterprise software applications
Lou joined Entegreat from Dassault Systèmes, where he held a series of leadership positions after joining the company as head of global R&D for its ENOVIA brand. He was previously CTO of Auxilium, Inc. (a collaboration and data federation platform, acquired by Parametric Technology Corp.); and Director of Technology, responsible for the vision and direction of the Control Data Systems PDM product and application suite (which became the enterprise application “MetaPhase”). He was also the CTO for FanBall.com, a global web-based fantasy sports league/team management platform. Previously, Lou developed and managed CAD/CAE/PDM solutions, PLM technologies, and deployments at both TRW and Ford Motor Co.
Lou holds a Bachelor of Science in math and physics from Eastern Michigan University.
Ryan Jarvis
VP of Sales
Ryan joined Entegreat as Director of Business Development in August of 2011 and transitioned into the role of Vice President of Sales in March of 2012. Ryan has over 15 years of experience driving revenue growth through strategic engagements, leadership of global teams and market development.
Prior to joining Entegreat, Ryan served as Global Account Manager for Rockwell Automation where he ran the Ford Motor Company account with responsibility for global sales growth and strategic relationships, and as the Automotive Industry Manager where he was responsible for the tier automotive groups. During his tenure within the automotive industry, Ryan was instrumental in positioning Information Solutions across Rockwell’s customer base. Previously, Ryan served 4 years as Regional Area Manager for Rockwell’s safety and error proofing businesses where he managed the sale of products and solutions through both Rockwell’s direct sales force and their extensive distribution network.
Ryan has a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering Technology from Purdue University.
Mark Strobel
VP of Marketing
Mark joined Entegreat as Vice President of Marketing in February 2013 and brings 24 years of broad experience in the technology and engineering space.
Most recently, Mark led Marketing and Solutions Portfolio Management for the global services organization of Dassault Systèmes, including offering definition, sales enablement, education and web redesign. Prior to Dassault Systèmes, Mark spent 5 years at Parametric Technology Corporation (PTC) in roles including Regional Sales for Consulting Services, Program Management, and Client Management, and at NCR as a Product Manager and Process Manager.
In addition to his technology experience, Mark worked in both the Automotive and Aerospace Industries in business development, program management and engineering, including structures engineering work on the F-22 program at Lockheed Aeronautical Systems and the RAH-66 Comanche program with Sikorsky Aircraft.
Mark holds a Bachelor of Science in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Michigan and an MBA with majors in Finance and Operations from Indiana University.
Scott Dixon
VP Manufacturing Systems Services and Solutions
Scott, Vice President of Manufacturing Systems Services and Solutions, joined Entegreat in April of 2007 after 20 years of strategic and tactical leadership in production operations and technology in manufacturing. Scott has held a number of positions at Entegreat including, Vice President of Business Development, Director of Protein Food Practice, and Director of SAP Functional Practice.
Prior to joining Entegreat, Scott directed a number of teams at P.H. Glatfelter, NewPage, MeadWestvaco and Mead Paper. While with these companies, Scott directed production operations, and information technology and systems organizations. Scott also led cross-functional teams on supply-chain and manufacturing restructuring projects. In addition, Scott managed and participated in many manufacturing system and SAP implementations across the enterprise.
Scott has been trained in, and utilized, Lean Six Sigma and Prosci Change Management, and has worked as a Dale Carnegie Instructor. Scott served as an adjunct professor of Communications for Ohio University.
Scott holds a Master of Communication Studies from Ohio University.
