This course introduces best practice tools and techniques to rapidly build a clear process model. These tools and techniques are based on the Supply Chain Council's Supply Chain Operations Reference Model (SCOR) that has been used with leading companies all over the world. Participant guides include the SCOR model, a modeling framework, reference material, and case examples.
