Werum PAS-X Training

Running a systems project without a project plan is as risky as sailing through uncharted waters. You may get home unscathed, but you're more likely to end up on the rocks. This course will help you build a project plan that charts a course for a successful systems implementation. In addition, it will help you identify project phases, know when and how those phases should begin and end, give you a framework for establishing the goals and objectives for your project, help you learn how to identify project resources, and illustrate the importance of communication within the project team and the owners/users of the proposed system.

Developing a Systems Project Plan is intended for individuals who are considering or beginning a new systems implementation project, including corporate sponsors, corporate and divisional IT professionals, and operations managers.
