The goal of this class is to help project managers understand how to bring projects in on time and on budget, while meeting the project's objectives. This five-day course includes the material from “Developing a Systems Project Plan” and covers the entire lifecycle of the project from the cradle to the grave. Applied Project Management is intended for those who are or will be undertaking a systems implementation project, including corporate sponsors, corporate and divisional IT professionals, operations managers and project managers.
