EnteGreat University's Professional Development Program was developed as a result of the need expressed by our long-time clients, who recognize that EnteGreat's experience translates into consistent success in systems projects. Our clients asked us to create this program to help transfer that knowledge to develop the skills of their own employees. EnteGreat University's Professional Development Program is a collection of inter-related courses that go beyond standard classroom fare to improve the skills and knowledge of IT, Operations and Engineering professionals. The purpose of these courses is to help our clients improve the critical skills and knowledge of their professionals, especially those in mid-level and entry-level positions. Our skills development courses teach critical tasks that a student may be called on to lead or participate in, such as defining, specifying, evaluating, justifying, planning, and implementing technology solutions to meet business goals. Our focus topic courses fill the gaps in every professional's knowledge and understanding of key business topics. The student will learn short cuts to developing important insights and knowledge as they relate to the operating environment. What Qualifies EnteGreat to Offer These Courses? What Will Students Gain from EnteGreat University's Professional Development Courses?
Some of our courses are available with optional mentoring components that allow the student access to the instructor as a mentor, after formal training is completed. This mentoring assistance may take place via email, teleconferences, video conferences, or in person. The idea behind mentoring is to make sure the student has all the support necessary to make the most effective use of their new skills the first time they are applied in the workplace. * CEU's are available for each course.
