Manufacturing Performance Framework^®

EnteGreat's Manufacturing Performance Framework^® (MPF) is a comprehensive offering that includes consulting services, templates, methodology, and systems libraries to help our clients accelerate their implementation of enterprise-level manufacturing performance management strategies, and the systems that enable those strategies.

MPF is based on the lessons that EnteGreat has learned from helping dozens of Fortune 500 manufacturing companies implement programs for continuous improvement, corrective and preventative action, performance measurement, and helping those companies both articulate and effectively use Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). MPF is designed to augment your existing continuous improvement programs, lean manufacturing, six sigma, or Kaizen programs and initiatives.

MPF includes templates for using SAP's MII toolset to set up enterprise level KPI reporting, analysis, and notifications, including important manufacturing performance metrics, such as OEE. This can be done more easily on an enterprise-wide or division-wide basis for manufacturing companies, using EnteGreat's MPF tools to build multi-level views, reports, and role-based portals.

At the same time, our MPF framework builds upon the broad data access capabilities of MII, allowing our clients to leverage their existing automation, process historians, plant or line OEE systems, plant-level quality systems, LIMS systems, and MES systems by tapping these isolated data sources and bring them into context along with all of the relevant information inside the enterprise ERP system.

So not only does this structure bring the information together, it allows our clients to build important context and analysis in a genuine enterprise framework.
