Manufacturing Performance Framework®
EnteGreat's Manufacturing Performance Framework® (MPF) is a set of tools, templates, and services to help our clients accelerate their implementation of enterprise-level manufacturing performance management strategies, and the systems that enable those strategies. MPF is based on the lessons learned from helping dozens of Fortune 500 manufacturing companies implement programs for continuous improvement, corrective and preventative action, performance measurement, and helping those companies both define and use Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
MPF includes templates for using SAP's xMII toolset to set up enterprise level KPI reporting, including important manufacturing performance metrics, such as OEE. This can be done more easily on an enterpise-wide or division-wide basis for manufacturing companies, using EnteGreat's MPF tools to build multi-level views, reports, and role-based portals. At the same time, our MPF framework builds on xMII, allowing our clients to leverage their existing automation, process historians, plant or line OEE systems, plant-level quality systems, LIMS systems, and MES systems by tapping these isolated data sources. This brings the information together, while building important context and analysis in a genuine enterprise framework.
EnteGreat has also developed methodologies, and offers training and consulting services, to help our clients do the most important thing with this technology platform: define the right KPIs and analysis to be used at each level in their organization, to support people as they do their work. We understand how to help our clients implement the change management necessary to align their business goals with performance management plans, then align their people, roles, responsibilities, rewards, and training that will help the performance management program to be adopted effectively and sustained over the long haul.
