Paper Overview Embarking on an Energy Management journey should be undertaken with a broad, multi-dimensional view of how the program will maximize the gains to your business, be sustainable, and continually evolve or mature to achieve higher benefit levels and returns. Most frequently, the initiation of an energy management journey will focus on bottom-line gains through energy savings, through waste reductions and efficiency gains. As the journey progresses, energy management often becomes a strategic, top-line transformative initiative, enabling an organization to achieve its social responsibility goals, reduce greenhouse gases, and creating an accountable sustainability image to its stakeholders and customers.
