Presentation Overview:
The classic areas where CPG companies focus on operational excellence are Productivity, Delivery, Quality, Safety, Cost, and Morale. These have been, are, and will continue to be fundamentals that separate the good from the excellent; the very best manufacturers master all six of them. Yet today, even mastering these 6 areas is not quite enough. Supply chain and manufacturing excellence in CPG companies now also requires Innovation and Sustainability.

Learn how leading companies achieve excellence in each of these areas and how you can feed innovation and achieve sustainability for the gains you make. Industry experts Karl Madsen and John Clemons discuss how manufacturers are using enabling technologies and concepts such as visibility and performance management to drive their goals, implement new approaches to productivity, and build a culture on the shop floor that not only embraces continuous improvement, but finds ways to sustain those achievements long term.
