Presentation Overview:
Food Safety is becoming a larger and more pervasive issue each and every day. According to the FDA, the number of food recalls increased from 214 in 2006 to 310 in 2008. Some would argue that's a good thing - that we're getting better at detecting outbreaks. But the consequences are severe - the cost of a food recall is staggering, sometimes enough to put a company out of business.

Gain Valuable Insights. HACCP is a powerful tool to manage risk and improve operational execution; however the inefficiencies of a manual HACCP process often result in problems that could otherwise be avoided with an electronic HACCP process. When it comes to food safety, no company can afford to make mistakes. By applying proven workflow technology to HACCP, manufacturing food safety can be dramatically improved.
