What We Do

Robert E. Gellings, President & CEO
Rob has over 28 years of experience in manufacturing. He served as the Vice President and General Manager of the Consulting and Systems Integration (CSI) division of Raytheon, as well as in various operational roles as Project Manager, Director of Operations, and other technical leadership positions for Rust Automated Systems (the predecessor to Raytheon).

Kevin Ake
Kevin's 15 years of experience in manufacturing have been spent within the Food & Beverage, Discrete Electronics, Government, and Consumer Products industries, which has provided him experience across the entire range of technologies employed in manufacturing from control systems to ERP, including robotics. Kevin has worked for industry leading manufacturing companies and consulting firms, including General Dynamics, Rust International and Raytheon.

Tom Bruhn
Tom has more than 16 years of experience in manufacturing, including working within the Food & Beverage, Consumer Products, Pulp & Paper, Pharmaceuticals, and Biotechnology industries. Tom has spent his career working for industry-leading systems integrators and consultants, including Real Enterprise Solution's Consulting and Enterprise Applications Division (previously TAVA Technologies), Honeywell, Rust's Automated Systems Group, and Raytheon.

John Clemons
John has over 22 years of experience in manufacturing, including work within the Food & Beverage, Consumer Products, Pulp & Paper, Steel, Specialty Chemicals, Pharmaceuticals, and Biotechnology industries. He has gained experience across the entire range of technologies employed in manufacturing, from control systems to ERP, including supply chain systems, MES, APS, CMMS, BI, DSS, PLM, HMI, SCADA, and more. John has spent his career working for industry-leading systems integrators and consultants, including Rust International and Raytheon.

Mark Cubine
Mark has over 24 years of experience in manufacturing, including work within the Food & Beverage, Consumer Products, Pulp & Paper, Steel, Specialty Chemicals/Fibers/Films, Printing, Pharmaceuticals, Biotech, Automotive, and Electronics industries. He has gained experience across the entire range of technologies employed in manufacturing, from control systems to ERP. Mark has worked for Honeywell, Hewlett-Packard, Measurex, Rust International, and Raytheon.

Joel Ellis
Joel's 16 years of experience in manufacturing have been spent among the Paper, Converting, Food, and Beverage industries as well as with the U.S. Department of Defense. He worked for Raytheon CSI prior to joining EnteGreat. Joel has been involved in consulting and project and program management throughout his career, which has provided him experience across the entire range of technologies employed in manufacturing. He is a graduate of Thomas Edison State College and maintains a CPIM certification from APICS.

Ralph Lawley
Ralph's 24 years of experience in manufacturing led him to serve as the Director of the Food, Beverage, and Consumer Products Practice for Raytheon before joining EnteGreat. In that capacity, he was responsible for all of the company's business in that industry sector. He also previously served as a project manager for the Kimberly Clark Corporation.

Karl Madsen
Karl has over 20 years of experience in Consumer Products manufacturing. Before joining EnteGreat, Karl was COO of National Liquid Packaging. Prior to 2005, Karl was with Unilever and Helene Curtis, where he held progressive operations, supply chain, and corporate management positions in North America and internationally.

Lisa Morley
Lisa has over 20 years of comprehensive implementation experience across multiple industries. Prior to joining EnteGreat, Lisa had been at Technology Solutions Company (TSC) for 11 years and was responsible for ERP practice and staff development, sales coordination, recruiting, project and client management. Prior to TSC, she served as the Manager of Financial and Administrative Systems for the Hechinger Company where she was responsible for strategic planning, systems evaluation, project management and implementation of financial, human resources, and inventory management systems for a $1.1 billion home center retailer. Lisa has a proven track record managing client relationships and teams while implementing ERP and custom-developed applications utilizing full life-cycle development methodologies, program management principles and strict quality assurance and controls. 

Bryon Niekamp
Bryon has over 14 years of consulting experience and 8 years of manufacturing experience. Prior to joining EnteGreat, Bryon was a Senior Vice President in the manufacturing division of Technology Solutions Company (TSC). His expertise is in manufacturing processes, project management, education, and change management. He has led major software initiatives with accounts such as Keebler, Prudential and MCI. He has developed methodologies, approaches, and strategies that have enabled the successful completion of hundreds of IT projects and was one of the founders of the education and training practice within TSC. For the past 6 years he has lead the Change and Learning business within TSC. Prior to TSC Bryon was a Business Unit Manager at McDonnell Douglas Aircraft responsible for MD-11 wide body aircraft delivery and customer acceptance.

Vince O'Rourke
Vince has over 35 years of experience in Food manufacturing. Prior to joining EnteGreat, Vince spent 25 years with Kraft Foods in various assignments including: Corporate Audit, Systems Development, Plant Systems Management, Division Systems Manager (Maxwell House), and was most recently Director of Manufacturing Systems for North America.

Noel Peberdy
Noel has over 23 years of experience in manufacturing performance improvement, utilizing manufacturing systems technology, in roles ranging from consulting and program and project management, to design, implementation and commissioning. He has extensive global business experience in the Food and Beverage, Brewing, Mining and Metals industries. His company, Kenwalt Systems, was the premier manufacturing systems consultancy in the South African market before being purchased by the Canadian company, Hatch Inc., in 1996. Noel was also responsible for the systems consulting business of Hatch, Inc.

Aly Shawky
Aly has a comprehensive background in production engineering with more than 16 years of experience in the design and implementation of intelligent production systems, flexible manufacturing, advanced control solutions and shop floor systems integration. He has expertise in process modeling, simulation, high precision applications, smart sensing, and production management. Aly has lead and managed a range of manufacturing systems projects for Fortune 500 companies in multiple sectors including Food and Beverage, CPG, Aerospace, Metals and Automotive.  Prior to joining EnteGreat he worked for the Systems Group at Hatch, Inc. Aly has a doctorate degree in Manufacturing Engineering from McMaster University. He is a registered professional engineer.

Edward Sullivan
Ed has over 19 years experience designing, developing, and implementing manufacturing and supply chain system solutions in both North America and Europe. This experience includes roles ranging from consulting to system design and implementation across a variety of industries including Life Sciences, Food, Beverage, Chemical, and Metals. He has a BS IE and MBA from the University of Pittsburgh and an MS IE from Arizona State University. He is a registered professional engineer with membership in both ISPE as well as APICS, with both CPIM and CIRM certifications.

David Wasson
Dave has over 23 years of experience in the discrete manufacturing industries. Prior to joining EnteGreat, Dave was a Senior Vice President and the SAP Practice Leader for Technology Solutions Company (TSC). He has held various positions of increasing responsibility since joining TSC in 1989. Prior to TSC, Dave was a senior manager at Andersen Consulting providing solutions to the Aerospace and Defense industry. He began his career at Rath & Strong where he was a lead architect of the PIOS MRPII; application addressing the unique needs of the Aerospace and Defense industry.  He is most noted for his experience in supply chain management for the discrete manufacturing industry; emphasizing both forward build as well as repair and overhaul.

Don Wisdom
Don has over 23 years of experience in Food manufacturing. Prior to joining EnteGreat, Don was with Pilgrims Pride, where he was ERP Director. Prior to Pilgrims Pride's acquisition of Gold Kist, Don spent over 20 years in various senior operations positions, ranging from plant manager to division manager, which made him responsible for every aspect of the Poultry operation. While working for a major Food manufacturing company, Don managed a complete ERP implementation program. He also held P&L responsibility for a major division of that company, including the full supply chain from growers to end consumers. Don supervised a management team and work force that included plant operations, quality, compliance, personnel, accounting, logistics, and supply chain operations.
